Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field

2β3 years of experience in a contact centre or a similar customer support role

Fluency in both English and Urdu with strong verbal communication and listening skills

Proven ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and accurately document interactions

Proficient in basic computer applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Knowledge of additional regional languages (e.g., Sindhi, Pashto, Punjabi) will be an advantage
