We’re Hiring – General Manager Quality Assurance (QA)
Dr. Ziauddin University is seeking a highly qualified and experienced General Manager Quality Assurance (QA) to lead the implementation and management of the quality management system across all hospital operations.
Role Summary:
The General Manager QA will be responsible for:

Leading the implementation of the hospital-wide Quality Management System (QMS).

Ensuring timely and effective quality programs and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation bodies (e.g., ISO, SSHC, JCI).

Overseeing all QA functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services on schedule.
-
Recruiting QA Analysts, Executives, and Managers.
-
Leading incident investigations and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new quality processes, procedures, and risk management systems.

Maintain a comprehensive database of hospital reports, policies, and surveys to support quality improvement efforts.

Ensure timely execution and closure of corrective actions from internal and external audits.

Prepare and manage the departmental QA budget.

Recommend and implement strategies to improve compliance, streamline processes, and address performance issues.
Knowledge & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of organizational culture.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Technical skills in report writing, statistical analysis, evaluation, training, and development.
Requirements:

Education: MBBS, MBA, or relevant qualification in Quality Assurance.

Certifications: Related QA certifications will be preferred.
-
Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
