🚨 We’re Hiring – Service Manager (Karachi)
Atlas Battery Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Manager to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling after-sales services, customer relations, and product support across our dealer and technician network.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide after-sales support and perform related service activities

Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions

Ensure timely processing and settlement of warranty claims

Conduct product awareness and training sessions for dealers and auto technicians
Qualifications & Skills:

D.A.E in Mechanical or Electrical (minimum)

2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or technical support

Strong interpersonal and customer care skills

Ability to explain technical issues clearly

Proficient in using computers and service-related software

Willingness to travel frequently
