Key Responsibilities:

• Support Branch Manager in daily store operations and achieving sales targets

• Supervise staff performance, handle shift rotations, and ensure compliance with company SOPs

• Maintain inventory control, stock management, and merchandising standards

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve queries or escalations

• Prepare basic sales reports and communicate insights to the store head

• Uphold Zellbury’s brand image and retail experience standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Retail, or Management)

• Experience: 2–3 years in retail store operations or customer-facing roles

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, team coordination, and customer service

• Location: Various Zellbury store locations across Pakistan
