Key Responsibilities:

Lead the fashion design and visual experience team

Develop seasonal collections in line with global trends and market demand

Oversee the brand’s creative direction, styling, and campaign visuals

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product development teams

Maintain design consistency across all platforms and collections

Mentor and guide junior designers
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design (preferably from a reputed institute)

8–10 years of proven experience in fashion design (preferably menswear or retail fashion)
