Position: Procurement Engineer (Mechanical)
Location: Head Office – Lahore

Elite Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is currently hiring a qualified and experienced Procurement Engineer (Mechanical) to join our dynamic team at the Head Office in Lahore. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong mechanical procurement skills, preferably with a background in the construction industry.

This role requires an individual who can manage the complete procurement cycle — from market research and vendor evaluation to negotiations, purchase orders, and documentation — while ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze techno-commercial data from the market according to design specifications.

• Handle equipment/material purchasing processes independently.

• Evaluate and compare vendor quotations, negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

• Prepare purchase orders, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain procurement records.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Should be familiar with import regulations and documentation.

• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.

• Must be a team player with excellent interdepartmental coordination and communication skills.
