We’re Hiring – Manager Administration
Join our team at Orient Textile Mills as a Manager – Administration, responsible for overseeing all administrative and facility-related activities at our factory in Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance and labor laws.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the factory.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and factory regulations.

Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen services.

Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance of equipment.

Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, permits, and inspections.

Implement employee safety and welfare programs.

Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a textile or manufacturing setup

Strong understanding of labor laws and factory compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
