We’re Hiring – Manager Administration

Join our team at Orient Textile Mills as a Manager – Administration, responsible for overseeing all administrative and facility-related activities at our factory in Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi. This role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of compliance and labor laws.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations at the factory.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and factory regulations.

  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen services.

  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and maintenance of equipment.

  • Coordinate with government authorities for licenses, permits, and inspections.

  • Implement employee safety and welfare programs.

  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a textile or manufacturing setup

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and factory compliance

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
