🎯 Role Objective:
To manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure—including networking, servers, and firewalls—ensuring high availability and reliable operations of the company’s digital systems.
🧑💻 Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level support for servers and network systems
-
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure for uninterrupted operations

Support core network maintenance and maintain upstream/downstream nodes
-
Ensure maximum uptime and performance of all IT systems
-
Assist in Microsoft Exchange management (mailboxes, SMTP configurations)
-
Participate in design and implementation of backup and redundancy strategies
-
Assist in firewall configuration and enforcement of security policies
-
Manage virtual environments alongside the IT Manager
-
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve incidents and issues timely
-
Support ERP systems and all on-premises infrastructure

Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
-
Education: BS (IT), MIT, or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution
-
Experience: 8–10 years in IT operations within a large-scale manufacturing setup
💡 Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking, server infrastructure, firewall management, and virtualization

Experience in enterprise-level systems and troubleshooting in dynamic environments
