Job Overview:

Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills, under the umbrella of the Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG), is looking for a Chemical Plant Supervisor for its Paper & Board Division in Mirpurkhas, Sindh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in process supervision, chemical strength optimization, and operational efficiency.

This is a great opportunity for professionals in the paper, packaging, or chemical process industry to lead plant performance improvements and contribute to sustainable manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plant operations and plan maintenance/shutdown activities

• Manage raw material inventory (e.g., Raw Sulphur, Sodium Carbonate)

• Ensure optimum chemical strength in the cooking process

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions

• Optimize kiln and absorption tower performance

• Lead initiatives for energy and resource savings

• Perform plant inspections and analyze shift reports for quality feedback

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree

• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board or Packaging Industry

• Skills: Strong in process control, plant operations, troubleshooting, and reporting
