Master Motor is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Associate Manager – Dealer Development.
Role Overview:

Develop and expand the dealer network across assigned regions

Evaluate and onboard new dealerships based on business potential and strategic alignment

Ensure dealerships comply with operational and branding standards as per company guidelines

Provide ongoing support and training to improve dealer performance and customer experience

Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of dealership operations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Branding, Aftermarket Strategy) to support dealer growth
Requirements:

MBA from a recognized and reputed business school

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in dealer development or network expansion within the automotive or related industry

Strong understanding of dealership operations, business strategy, and compliance

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
