Job Summary Table

Role Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, plan, and sequence activities.

• Manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful employment integration.

• Ensure close coordination with departments to meet project objectives and deadlines.

• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders and manage documentation.

• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet set timelines.

• Proactively analyze and mitigate risks and issues.

• Provide regular project status updates to all relevant stakeholders.

• Handle change management through established project management lifecycle.

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners as required.

• Support the PMO in designing, maintaining, and monitoring project templates and best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Project is essential.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are a must.
