Khushhali Microfinance Bank, Pakistan’s premier microfinance institution, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand & CSR Specialist to join its marketing team at the corporate office in Islamabad. This role is essential for driving strategic brand positioning and planning Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaigns in line with the bank’s mission and values.
Who We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Marketing (HEC-recognized university)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in branding, preferably in a bank or financial institution

Location: Islamabad (on-site, full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Branding & CSR Planning

Develop and implement intuitive marketing strategies and CSR campaigns

Plan and execute branding campaigns, events, and product collateral with in-house teams

Collaborate with vendors for advertising, PR, digital marketing, and CSR activations

Align CSR activities with bank’s strategic goals
Sales Promotions & Campaign Execution

Execute approved ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns

Organize branding activities at events, conferences, and exhibitions

Ensure effective coordination with media partners and publishing agencies
Budget Management & Monitoring

Monitor campaign budgets, analyze spending, and generate financial summaries

Track KPIs and maintain accurate records of promotional and branding initiatives
Corporate Advertising & Event Support

Design and manage advertising materials: backdrops, brochures, certificates, and giveaways

Support departments in releasing corporate advertisements and event branding
