Job Overview:
International Packaging Films Ltd. (IPAK), a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, is currently looking for skilled and experienced Slitter Operators for its Sheikhupura and Lahore facilities. The role involves operating high-speed slitting machines to meet daily production targets while ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.
Candidates with technical backgrounds (DAE) and relevant slitting machine experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily production as directed by the Shift In-Charge
-
Set up, calibrate, and clean machines before production
-
Inspect size, thickness, hardness, and reel quality as per job plan
-
Monitor abnormal noise, vibration, temperature, and leaks
-
Maintain slitter area cleanliness and machine hygiene
-
Coordinate with QA lab and CERD for quality checks
-
Operate the slitting machine and thread the mother roll
-
Adjust knives based on reel width requirements

Check every pack post-slitting for quality (scratches, edge cuts, etc.)

Identify and correct winding faults, wrinkles, or loose winding

Assist during audits (ISO, ISCC Plus, BRC) and maintain documentation

Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure compliance

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering)

Experience: 4–7 years in slitting operations or relevant machine handling
