🔧 Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and supporting the finance team in ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices, payments, and expenses using the SAP Accounts Payable (AP) module

Matching invoices with Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GRN), Material Inspection Reports (MIR), and contracts

Handling vendor ledger reconciliations and resolving payment discrepancies

Managing and knocking off supplier advance payments accurately

Supporting month-end closings and financial reporting activities

Generating reports in SAP related to AP transactions

Collaborating with procurement, finance, and treasury teams for smooth financial operations

Ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations

Coordinating with the tax team regarding income tax and sales tax withholding
