Far Eastern Impex Pvt Ltd is looking for a talented and motivated Procurement Executive to join its growing supply chain team at its Karachi office. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about procurement, vendor management, and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

The Procurement Executive will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and using technology (like Microsoft Dynamics 365) to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement operations including sourcing, purchase order processing, and vendor follow-ups

• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency

• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies

• Work with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, operations) to meet supply needs

• Utilize MS Dynamics 365 for procurement tracking and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BBA or MBA in Supply Chain Management

• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain

• Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Strong analytical thinking and vendor management capabilities
