Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct seasonal fashion trend research in coordination with the Head of Design

• Align future collections with forecasted styles, events, and consumer preferences

• Collaborate with merchandisers to highlight garments that reflect current market demand

• Analyze product performance data to guide promotional campaigns and sales strategies

• Communicate merchandising insights to the creative content team

• Contribute to visual and digital marketing plans based on product priorities

• Serve as the link between merchandising and creative teams to ensure a unified brand message

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: BBA / MBA (Specialization in Marketing preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, merchandising, or fashion retail

• Preferred: Store operations or fashion industry experience
