Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations across departments.

  • Handle vendor management, procurement, and office equipment maintenance.

  • Oversee EOBI and Social Security processes and contributions.

  • Manage rental agreements, contract renewals, and utility bill payments.

  • Develop and document administrative SOPs to streamline workflows.

  • Handle petty cash, maintain accurate logs and balances.

  • Coordinate facilities management and manage matters related to government offices and public relations.

  • Ensure proper HSE and security operations across the office premises.
