United King is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager β Administration & Industrial Relations (IR) to oversee the factoryβs administrative operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage fleet operations, and promote a healthy and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily administrative functions including housekeeping, utilities, facility maintenance, and security operations.

Implement and monitor SOPs related to factory administration.

Ensure timely renewal and availability of regulatory documents (licenses, safety certificates, labor notices, etc.).

Manage maintenance of infrastructure, staff amenities (canteens, restrooms, water supply), and coordinate repairs.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, and other statutory regulations.

Maintain accurate records: labor registers, attendance logs, overtime sheets, and disciplinary files.

Assist in labor inspections, internal audits, and compliance reviews.

Support legal teams in investigations, inquiries, and labor-related proceedings.

Serve as liaison between management and labor to resolve grievances and maintain industrial harmony.

Collaborate with HR for employee engagement, welfare programs, and communication initiatives.

Participate in investigations, disciplinary actions, and workplace dispute resolutions.

Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and awareness programs for workers.

Oversee factory transport operations including fleet maintenance, fuel tracking, cost control, and documentation.

Supervise support staff such as janitors, security personnel, timekeepers, and drivers.

Handle crisis management tasks, special projects, and duties assigned by the Manager β Admin & IR.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Commerce, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a relevant field.

4β6 years of hands-on experience in factory administration and industrial relations.

Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance (EOBI, SESSI), and facility operations.

Experience in vehicle/fleet management is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to manage vendors, oversee facility upkeep, and lead admin teams.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
