We’re Hiring – Territory Manager / Store Operations Manager
📍 Location: North, Central & South Punjab
Join The Fuelers and play a key role in driving business growth, site development, and retail operations across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive merchandise sales and promotional activities in the assigned region, with a strong focus on identifying opportunities for new site development.

Oversee business development of operational sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and high levels of customer service.

Conduct comprehensive market surveys across key areas to identify new business opportunities and future expansion prospects.

Lead and manage field staff while effectively implementing company strategies.

Build and maintain strong public relations; the candidate must be well-versed in oil and retail operations.
Requirements:

Education: Business Graduate, preferably with specialization in Sales & Marketing.

Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in the oil marketing/retail fuel industry.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

High standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
