Position Overview:
Taj Gasoline is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Lead – Scheduling & Transport to manage and optimize fuel tanker scheduling and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective, safe, and timely deliveries while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field

5–7 years of hands-on experience in bulk fuel scheduling and transport operations
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Delivery process, ensuring timely and cost-efficient fuel deliveries

Optimize delivery planning in accordance with customer demand and IFEM regulations

Maintain and manage relationships with transport contractors/haulers, ensuring performance, compliance, and transparent reporting

Conduct regular fleet inspections and enforce OGRA and internal safety standards

Investigate transport incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions

Drive improvements in fleet utilization, cost-efficiency, and service quality

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth, on-time order fulfillment
