Position: Senior Executive – Color Development Lab
Location: Manga, Lahore
Deadline to Apply: June 17, 2025
Key Responsibilities:

Review lab shades and adjust dyeing recipes for upcoming lab trials to ensure color accuracy
-
Coordinate with plant labs and production teams for recipe correction reviews
-
Prioritize and manage shade matching as per customer and production requirements
-
Analyze spectrophotometer readings, especially Delta E values, to fine-tune dye recipes
-
Supervise and manage shift staff effectively
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Sciences (DAE Textile Diploma is a plus)
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a color development lab, preferably in knitwear
-
In-depth understanding of dye compatibility and recipe formulation
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office 365, ERP systems, and IMS tools
