SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a smart, analytical, and motivated Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with an engineering background and an MBA who is eager to use data-driven insights to support high-impact strategic initiatives in a dynamic Solar EPC and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare performance reports related to branding, project deliveries, customer feedback, and operational KPIs

Support strategy development through financial modeling, market intelligence, and scenario analysis

Create and present dashboards, reports, and executive presentations for senior management

Track cross-functional team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals, identifying risks and delays

Conduct product and pricing analysis in collaboration with commercial and technical teams to enhance competitiveness

Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Workspace, and ERP/CRM systems to optimize reporting and workflows

Coordinate with Commercial, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement departments to support strategic execution
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and MBA (preferred)

2–4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategy, or operations

Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Exposure to AI tools or process automation is a plus

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Understanding of EPC projects, renewable energy, or BESS technologies is a strong advantage
