We’re Hiring: Shift Incharge – Utility & Maintenance Department
International Packaging Films Ltd. (IPAK) is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Incharge to join our Utility & Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of hands-on experience in a similar role and be capable of ensuring seamless operations, technical excellence, and team leadership during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage mechanical operations during the shift

Ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical equipment and utility systems

Coordinate with other departments for timely maintenance and troubleshooting

Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Lead, mentor, and guide technicians and supporting staff

Prepare shift reports and escalate technical issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications:

DAE / BS in Mechanical Technology

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills:

Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle shift responsibilities independently
