🛠️ 1. APCS Engineer – Production
Experience: 5–8 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance using control systems and environmental sensors

Ensure air quality compliance through regular checks

Perform preventive maintenance (e.g., filter changes, duct cleaning)

Report daily ash production
-
Provide technical guidance to control room operators
🏭 2. Manager – Continuous Casting Machine (CCM), Production
Experience: 15+ years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily operations of the Continuous Casting Machine
-
Ensure proper functioning of tundish, molds, and cooling systems
-
Supervise a team of foremen, fitters, technicians, and shift engineers
-
Maintain equipment to ensure consistent and high-quality output
🕐 3. Shift In-Charge (Assistant Manager) – CCM Department
Experience: 12+ years
Key Responsibilities:

Manage CCM operations during assigned production shifts
-
Supervise operators and technicians
-
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed
-
Report technical issues and maintain accurate shift logs and incident reports
⚡ 4. Head of Department – Electrical
Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10+ years
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead all electrical operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
-
Oversee systems including induction furnaces, CCM, rolling mills, HV/LV equipment, switchgear, transformers, motors, drives, and PLCs
-
Manage departmental staff (managers, engineers, and technicians)

Monitor energy usage and implement efficiency improvements

Troubleshoot electrical issues impacting plant operations
