📌 Position: Market Strategy Manager
(Sales/Business Development Role)
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue from room bookings, restaurant services, banquet functions, and other events.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the hotel.

Collaborate closely with the Hotel Manager and Branding Team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and special offers.

Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, focusing on growth, trends, and areas for improvement.
🎓 Qualification:

A Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Hospitality Management, Commerce, or a relevant field is required.
💼 Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Business Development or Sales department of a well-known organization in the hospitality industry, with at least some managerial-level experience.
