🔹 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from an HEC-recognized institution

2–3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
🔹 Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
-
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office

Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Process sales orders and manage distributor payments
-
Verify distributor claims and field force expenses
-
Ensure timely onboarding and activation of new distributors
-
Provide post-sales support and resolve customer complaints
-
Coordinate promotional schemes and discount offers
-
Maintain distributor-wise data accuracy in the master database
-
Track daily sales volumes and collections against targets
-
Analyze sales progress, identify gaps, and suggest improvements
-
Assist in preparing promotional materials and organizing marketing events
-
Act as a liaison between regional sales teams and management
-
Perform day-to-day administrative tasks
