Position: Assistant Manager – Audio/Video Producer/Editor
📍 Location: Islamabad
Riphah International University is seeking a highly skilled and creative professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Audio/Video Producer/Editor.
This position is responsible for the professional production and post-production of high-quality video and audio content for digital courses. The role includes directing faculty during recording sessions, performing advanced editing, ensuring technical excellence, and creating graphics, animations, and illustrations. The selected candidate will also supervise and quality-assure the work of interns.
🔧 Role Requirements:

Education: BA or BS degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in video production and post-production, preferably in educational or corporate training environments.

Skills & Tools:
-
Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

Proficiency in motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.

Audio editing skills using Audacity, Adobe Audition, or similar.

Knowledge of video/audio compression formats, codecs, and web delivery.

Ability to direct non-professional talent (faculty) in a studio setting.

Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.

Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) is a plus.

Hands-on experience with studio lighting, camera operation, and microphone techniques.
