Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager Admissions to join our team in Islamabad. The role involves leading and optimizing the admissions process while ensuring high standards of service and compliance across all admission-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all activities related to student admissions for Islamic International Medical College Trust and Riphah International University.

Ensure adherence to the standardized enquiry handling protocol via the Complaint Management System.

Produce weekly reports on student enrolment and performance metrics.

Utilize data-driven insights to continually refine admissions policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student enquiries, visits, and registrations.

Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the admissions team.

Ensure efficient, timely, and thorough processing of student applications and follow-ups.

Promote personalized interaction with prospective students and parents through meetings and calls, rather than relying solely on email.

Ensure the Admissions and Marketing departments are fully integrated and actively engaged in institutional activities.
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Master’s or MBA in Marketing or related fields (e.g., Brand Management) from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in admissions or academic marketing roles.
