Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales Channel Management: Develop and implement strategies to grow and expand the medical retail channel.

Product Development: Design and launch innovative medical insurance products tailored to customer needs.

Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance channel performance and drive business growth.

Business Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting from the retail sales channel.

Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and report channel performance, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
Eligibility Criteria:

8–10 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in retail channel management or product development

Educational background in MBA, Actuarial Science, or Healthcare Administration
-
Proven track record of business growth and successful partner relationship management
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills
