Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze service KPIs across the dealer network to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities at the national level.

Enhance customer retention and revisit rates by utilizing data insights to drive targeted initiatives and improve the overall service experience.

Create dealer dashboards and management reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support performance reviews and strategic decision-making.

Manage and control the annual service budget, track expenditures, and provide timely financial forecasts and variance analysis.

Coordinate Kaizen and process improvement initiatives with internal teams and senior stakeholders, supported by performance data.

Support business growth through predictive analysis, benchmarking, and digital reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
