🏥 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all administrative and operational functions of the Winnington Hospital.

Lead occupational health services, ensuring effective implementation of company HSE&E and HAPI plans.

Prepare and manage the hospital budget, ensuring cost control and optimal resource utilization.

Approve medical bills for employees and panel hospitals in accordance with company policies.

Facilitate skills development and training of paramedical staff to enhance service quality and capability.

Manage the availability of medicines through efficient inventory and supply chain systems.

Ensure full regulatory compliance, coordinating with government and health departments on relevant campaigns.

Promote employee and family well-being through awareness sessions, public relations initiatives, and one-on-one counselling.
🧠 Key Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience managing medical facilities, especially in remote or industrial sites, is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.
