MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of Senior Officer – Bill Payment System.
Location: Lahore
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 4+ years of relevant practical experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Support 24×7 operations of the Utility Bill Payment system to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.

Assist in the integration and onboarding of new billers and aggregators.

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new features or system enhancements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and manage feature rollouts.

Provide support in investigating customer issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure timely resolution.

Facilitate testing cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Knowledge & Skills:
-
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.

Knowledge of digital channels and customer journey mapping.
-
Awareness of regulatory and security requirements in banking platforms.
-
Familiarity with payment systems or financial services is preferred.
