Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections.

Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations.

Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees and contractors.

Monitor environmental impact and execute waste management strategies.
-
Maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and necessary permits.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and submissions.

Promote a strong safety culture through regular awareness and engagement campaigns.

Manage emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
-
NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
-
8–10 years of HSE experience, preferably in the sugar or manufacturing industry.
-
Strong understanding of HSE laws, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standards.
