Position: Manager – Digitalization & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the bank’s vision.

Identify and prioritize business processes for digitization and lead the development and deployment of digital solutions.

Evaluate and recommend modern digital technologies, platforms, and tools to support the bank’s operational goals.

Manage digital projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.

Coordinate with internal teams—including IT, Operations, and Business Units—for seamless integration of digital tools and systems.

Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and digital growth.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field

5–6 years of relevant experience in digitalization, automation, or technology-driven project management
Required Skills:

Proven track record in implementing digital and automation solutions

Strong knowledge of banking operations, fintech trends, and customer-centered innovation
-
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical problem-solving skills
