Key Responsibilities:

Ensure 100% completion of PPC monthly production targets.

Drive process improvements by minimizing rejections and maximizing output efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to machinery.

Maintain discipline, workplace cleanliness, and adherence to housekeeping schedules.

Ensure the availability and optimal arrangement of all production resources including manpower, materials, and machinery.
