✅ Eligibility Criteria
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:

1–2 years of relevant experience in data management, reporting, or analytics.

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, dashboards, data visualization).

Familiarity with HRIS systems.

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and/or Power BI will be a strong plus.
