Kamal Mills Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and hands-on AVP – Technical to lead proactive maintenance strategies and optimize machinery performance within our Socks and Towel divisions. If you’re a technically skilled leader with a strategic mindset, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical operations for socks and towel manufacturing units, ensuring maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and performance.

Manage the full machinery lifecycle, including preventive maintenance, major overhauls, and cost-effective repair and replacement strategies.

Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence, encouraging accountability and continuous improvement across the technical team.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as operations, quality assurance, and production planning to align technical activities with business KPIs and production goals.
Requirements:

Education: Graduate (BS/BSc) in Textile Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in socks and towel manufacturing.

In-depth knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, control mechanisms, and textile machinery operations.

Proven ability to align maintenance strategies with production targets, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency.

Strong leadership skills with expertise in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance reporting.
