📢 We’re Hiring! – Assistant Manager – Export
📍 Location: Multan, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive export strategies to expand international market reach and achieve business development targets.

Oversee end-to-end export operations, including documentation, compliance with customs regulations, shipping, logistics, and coordination of product design and labeling.

Manage and ensure timely acquisition of all necessary certifications to meet international standards and support global business growth.

Prepare and align product data and design specifications in accordance with the regulatory standards of targeted countries; assist with international registration processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline production processes, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth execution of export orders.

Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities, monitor emerging trends, understand regional consumer behavior, competition, and regulatory requirements—especially in GCC countries.

Ensure full compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and internal company policies.
Requirements:

8–10 years of hands-on experience in export operations and business development, preferably in the FMCG sector (Confectionery & Snacks).

Strong background in dealing with international clients and markets.

Master’s, Bachelor’s (BA/BS) in Business Management, International Relations, or a relevant discipline.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities, especially in documentation and reporting.
