We Are Hiring: Manager Internal Audit
📍 Location: Peshawar
Key Responsibilities:

Develop audit plans based on risk areas and senior management directives.

Lead and manage audit assignments, review working papers, and finalize audit reports.

Schedule and plan audits, initiate project planning, assess risk, and define audit scope.

Provide leadership to audit teams, ensuring quality project execution and timely delivery.

Identify process gaps and weaknesses, recommend improvements, and evaluate internal controls.

Coordinate effectively with internal and cross-functional departments.
-
Design internal rotation plans and ensure proper staff training.

Monitor and enforce compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Contribute to policy development, implementation, and performance planning.

Review monthly technical KPIs and suggest improvements.

Review and approve monthly distributor targets for integration into SAP.

Ensure timely updates and completion of the Audit Dashboard.

Analyze functional performance against audit scores and compliance standards.
Requirements:

Qualification: ACCA / ACMA / CA Finalist / CIA / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
-
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Beverages sector
