Position: Security Supervisor
đź“Ť Location: Head Office, Karachi
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and manage daily activities of security personnel

Monitor CCTV systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond promptly to incidents
-
Ensure proper access control and enforce entry/exit protocols
-
Conduct routine inspections and audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with safety procedures
-
Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate daily activity records
-
Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies when required
Requirements:
🛡️ Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role, preferably with prior service in the armed forces
🎓 Education: At least a Graduate degree

Proficient in MS Office
-
Knowledge of modern security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Physically fit and able to handle high-pressure situations
