Position: Training Manager

Experience Required:
2–3 years of relevant experience in the solar, power, or energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
🔧 External Installer Training (60%)

Design and deliver training programs for solar installers (inverters, batteries, panels).

Utilize both online and offline methods (workshops, training videos, Q&A sessions).

Continuously improve training content based on feedback and performance metrics.

Collaborate with local distributors and support installer certification processes.
🏢 Internal Technical Team Training (30%)
-
Identify skill gaps and develop training plans for support engineers.

Create internal training resources and invite subject experts for advanced sessions.

Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and customer feedback.
📊 Coordination & Data Management (10%)

Coordinate with other departments to align training goals with business objectives.

Maintain comprehensive training records, feedback logs, and improvement data.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical training (preferably in the solar/energy sector).

Proficient in Urdu and English (Chinese language skills are a plus).

Strong skills in training design, communication, and project management.

Willingness to travel within Pakistan (1–2 times per month).
