Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Central Punjab

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the Candyland Division’s business development and market strategy operations in Central Punjab. This role plays a pivotal part in executing regional growth strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring operational efficiency aligned with our organizational objectives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Clearly communicate regional objectives, breaking them down into actionable goals at the area level

Drive regional sales efforts to achieve targets, KPIs, and business-building initiatives, ensuring consistent team performance

Provide on-the-job coaching, manage performance, and bridge skill gaps through focused training and development

Improve distributor effectiveness and manage relationships with key retail, wholesale, and distributor accounts
-
Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals and organizational vision
-
Ensure effective implementation of trade programs for priority and wholesale accounts through the regional sales force

Identify and negotiate with high-potential regional accounts

Prepare, manage, and justify the regional trade and promotional budget, ensuring cost-effective execution

Oversee timely preparation and submission of all operational documentation such as distributor claims and sales promotion tracking sheets
✅ Requirements:
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG business development, with a proven track record of managing sales teams

At least 1 year of experience in a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role with successful sales performance
-
MBA from a reputable institution
-
Prior experience in the confectionery sector will be considered a plus
