Required Qualification:

• B.Sc. in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering

• NDT Level-II Certification / API Certification

Experience:

• 7 to 8 years of relevant industry experience

• Must have conducted 2 to 3 ASME audits

• Hands-on expertise with:

  • Pressure Vessels

  • Heat Exchangers

  • Boilers

  • Storage Tanks

  • Steel Structures

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation related to ASME Stamp Jobs

• Develop and implement Quality Control System Manual

• Conduct ASME, OGRA, and ISO audits

• Prepare and implement the following:

  • PQR – Procedure Qualification Records

  • WPS – Welding Procedure Specifications

  • QIP – Quality Inspection Plans

Skills & Technical Knowledge:

Strong command over the following codes and standards:

• ASME

• EN

• API

• TEMA

• AWS
