Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to drive volume and profitable growth.

Expand product presence in Modern Trade and top-tier retail outlets.

Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitive trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and store partners.

Ensure product availability and boost shelf visibility and share.

Oversee flawless execution of store activations and branding campaigns.

Manage agency and trade marketing collaborations effectively.

Train, monitor, and develop Territory Executives, ensuring KPI compliance.

Analyze business data and market trends to support decision-making.
-
Collaborate across departments and contribute to S&OP processes.

Maintain adherence to internal business policies and industry standards.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field marketing, business development, or modern trade management.

Proven ability to meet or exceed commercial targets with a strong grasp of financial drivers like profitability and gross margins.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and trends for strategic planning.

Skilled in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
