Hi Tech Machinery, a leading name in industrial machinery, is looking for a Screw Compressor Engineer to join our growing team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of rotary screw compressors — vital for supporting industrial production and minimizing downtime.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop screw compressors (including rotors, bearings, seals, and lubrication systems)

Conduct performance analysis and simulations

Troubleshoot and resolve compressor-related issues

Implement maintenance strategies and performance improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects

Ensure proper technical documentation and regulatory compliance

Mentor junior engineers and stay current with industry advancements
🎓 Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (advanced certifications preferred)

Experience: 5–10 years in screw compressor design, operation, or maintenance
Industry experience in HVAC, oil & gas, or chemical sectors is a plus
🧠 Skills Needed:

Technical: Strong command of compressor design/analysis software, thermodynamics, and vibration analysis
