We’re Hiring: Head of Spare Parts
Join Lucky Motor Corporation’s After Sales Division as Head of Spare Parts and lead the strategy for spare parts sales, inventory management, warehousing, and pricing to drive business performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead nationwide dealership spare parts operations to ensure consistent availability and revenue growth

Drive data-driven inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure cost efficiency

Oversee warehousing operations, including storage, dispatch, and overall process optimization

Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market trends and profitability objectives

Define KPIs and performance targets across sales, pricing, and inventory control functions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align after-sales operations with overall business strategy

Lead strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth

Leverage analytics for demand forecasting, stocking decisions, and distribution efficiency
Requirements:

MBA (preferred) with a background in BE or BBA from a recognized institution

10+ years of relevant experience in spare parts sales, inventory, pricing, or after-sales

Proven leadership and strategic planning skills

Experience in the automotive or industrial sector will be an added advantage
