📢 We Are Hiring: Sales Operations Executive
Join Fauji Fresh n Freeze Limited as a Sales Operations Executive and contribute to driving operational excellence in our commercial processes.
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain primary and secondary sales records and coordinate with distributors for order processing and payments.

Provide basic analysis and reporting support to management when required.

Prepare performance reports by SKU, Territory Manager (TM), Area Manager (AM), Sales Officer (SO), and Month.

Liaise with all Head Office departments to ensure seamless execution of regional activities.

Manage petty cash efficiently and submit timely expense reports to Head Office.

Monitor regional overhead budgets and claimable expenses accurately.

Generate B2B customer invoices directly through SAP.
✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.

Prior experience in sales operations, invoicing, or commercial reporting preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Strong coordination, communication, and time management skills.
