📢 We’re Hiring – Demand Planner (Karachi)
Dalda Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Demand Planner to join our team in Karachi. This critical role will support supply chain efficiency by improving forecast accuracy and managing demand across our nationwide network.
🎓 Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Finance (preferred)
🧠 Experience:
-
4–5 years of relevant experience in demand planning or supply chain operations
📋 Key Responsibilities:
-
Analyze and evaluate replenishment and dispatch plans while considering network complexity and supply constraints
-
Prepare weekly transfer plans with daily breakdowns for timely dispatch of finished goods
-
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, and build statistical forecast models
-
Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to formulate inventory strategies for current and new products
-
Generate demand forecasts across various time horizons and levels of aggregation
-
Achieve and enhance Demand Plan Accuracy (DPA) by minimizing variability and bias
-
Provide strategic insights and performance updates to senior management in Monthly Business Planning sessions

Identify forecast gaps and propose actionable solutions to ensure realistic and executable plans
🛠️ Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle Demand Planning, or similar tools
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office proficiency
-
Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
