📢 We’re Hiring: Electrical & Automation Engineer
Join Dalda Foods Ltd. as an Electrical & Automation Engineer and play a key role in driving engineering excellence and operational efficiency at our manufacturing facility.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of plant electrical systems including transformers, motors, VFDs, breakers, and control panels

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in control circuits, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and automation systems; interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs

Execute and manage CAPEX and electrical projects end-to-end, including load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection

Conduct root cause analysis of breakdowns, implement energy-saving and cost-optimization initiatives, and ensure HSE compliance

Coordinate with operations teams to close SAP PM notifications and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

Demonstrate strong project management skills in planning and executing engineering initiatives (PMP certification is a plus)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in FMCG or manufacturing)

Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP PM/ERP knowledge is an added advantage
