Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage potential client support issues

Generate customer orders and manage timely deliveries

Achieve assigned commercial targets

Prepare business development forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Ensure timely recoveries from assigned customers

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally

Identify and develop new business opportunities
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-
1–3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in MS Office
-
Basic understanding of commercial processes and branding

Strong leadership and team engagement abilities
